Task Scheduler Bot is a Telegram-based scheduling assistant that integrates with Google Calendar to help users manage their tasks and events. The service is accessible via Telegram and the website scheduler-bot.org.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide the Service:

From Telegram:

• Telegram user ID
• First name and username (if public)

Provided by you:

• Email address (for contact delegation features)
• Timezone preference
• Task data you create (titles, dates, times, notes, phone numbers)

From Google (with your explicit consent):

• OAuth access token to manage your Google Calendar
• Calendar events you create through the bot

Payment information:

• Transaction IDs and payment status (we do not store card numbers or crypto wallet keys)
• Subscription dates and plan details

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create, edit, and delete calendar events on your behalf
• To enable task delegation between registered users
• To manage your subscription and process payments
• To send notifications about delegated tasks and subscription status
• To provide customer support

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the Service.

4. Google Calendar Integration

You can revoke Google Calendar access at any time by:

• Using the /revoke command in the bot
• Visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing access

We use the following Google API scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar — to read, create, update, and delete calendar events you manage through the bot.

Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored on a private server within the European region
• Google OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted form, isolated per user
• Database access is restricted and not shared with third parties
• All communication between Telegram, Google, and our server uses HTTPS/TLS

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Google LLC — to perform calendar operations via Google Calendar API
• Payment processors (xRocket, Monobank, NowPayments) — only transaction-related data to process your subscription payment
• Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect our rights

7. Task Delegation

When you delegate a task to a contact, the following data is shared with that contact within the bot:

• Task title, date, time, duration
• Optional: phone number and comment you provided

Contacts must be registered users of the bot and must explicitly accept delegated tasks.

8. Data Retention

• Your account data is retained as long as you use the Service
• Google OAuth tokens are deleted immediately when you use /revoke
• Task data is managed entirely through Google Calendar — deleting tasks removes them from your calendar
• You may request full deletion of your account data by contacting us

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Revoke Google Calendar access at any time
• Object to processing of your data

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users via the bot when significant changes are made. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
